I've got to get on my soap box again after a conversation a couple of days ago...
In the book Good to Great by Jim Collins one of the very first things their research indicates moves businesses from good to great are having the right people on the bus. It’s about having the who before the how.
Just recently I've been communicating with a RV Dealership that has a politically charged work environment. You know the deal. Family members and employees that have been around for years doing jobs that they frankly just don’t excel at. One of those jobs is the website marketing and management for the dealership. I mean if you were sitting on top of a website that directly generated over half a million dollars in sales last year would you sit around and say good enough is good enough? How do you expect to make the right decisions with the wrong people?
If you are the one holding the possibilities of your website hostage just imagine the accolades that will come as a result of some expert knowledge regarding your website.

RV Website Marketing and Management has been focused on dealerships for the past three years. They have the knowledge and know what is working and what isn’t.
